HOUSE OF AEA
9–13 SEPTEMBER 2026
SIFNOS, GREECE
House of Aea brings women together for a few days away from routine, obligation, and performance.
The focus is simple: good company, unhurried time, and being somewhere beautiful with people who are open, curious, and present. Nothing is asked of you beyond showing up as you are.
Aea is for women who enjoy depth without heaviness and fun without chaos. It suits those who love long meals, time by the water, gentle movement, and evenings that unfold naturally. Conversation matters here. So does laughter. Quiet is always available when you want it.
Our 2026 retreat takes place in Sifnos, hosted in a calm, carefully chosen setting designed for shared living and slow days. The atmosphere is relaxed and generous. The emphasis is on enjoyment and ease. Swimming, eating well, talking late into the night, and letting the days take their own shape.
There is structure, but no pressure to perform or keep up. Nothing runs back-to-back, and there is room for spontaneity. Meals anchor the retreat. Some are shared at the house, others are enjoyed at carefully chosen local tavernas. Evenings are social and relaxed, guided by flow rather than a timetable. Elements such as Pilates, self-care, shared conversations, and film nights are scheduled into the retreat to complement the days rather than fill them. You always know what’s happening, and you’re free to opt in or out.
This retreat is designed to be easy, well held, and enjoyable. Everything is taken care of, so you can focus on being present, spending time well, and enjoying the company and the place.
The group is intentionally small. This keeps the experience personal and relaxed, leaving space for real connection, shared humour, late nights, slow mornings, and that rare feeling of a girls’ holiday where everything is thoughtfully taken care of, without ever feeling managed.
From arrival onwards, the retreat is fully organised, allowing you to relax into the experience knowing that everything is taken care of. You don’t need to plan, coordinate, or think ahead; everything is handled.
The schedule is intentionally designed but not rigid. Each day follows a clear, gentle rhythm, shaped around shared meals, time by the sea, and planned moments together, balanced with space to rest, swim, read, or step away.

Arrival day is about settling in, swimming, and easing into the space, followed by a relaxed dinner together. Most days begin slowly with breakfast and gentle movement, then open out into time by the pool or sea, long lunches, and unstructured afternoons.
Some moments are lightly guided, others are completely free. Evenings are shared between dinners, village walks, films, drinks, or early nights. On the final day, breakfast and lunch are taken together, and departures happen without rush.

Once you arrive, everything is taken care of. What’s included in the retreat is designed to let you relax fully once you arrive. Accommodation for the duration of the retreat is included, along with all breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Shared meals take place both at the retreat setting and at local spots. All scheduled activities, sessions, and experiences are included, as well as local transport throughout the retreat, including group transfers and planned excursions.
Not included are travel to and from Sifnos, transfers outside the retreat schedule, travel or health insurance, and any personal expenses or additional services not outlined above.

This retreat is a wonderful group experience that brings together diverse individuals for a memorable time.
While we strive to engage with each guest personally, it’s important to embrace the unique dynamics of our group, which means we may not always cater to every individual preference.
We encourage you to be open-minded and welcoming, to meet new friends, enjoy a little time alone if you wish, and explore new foods and practices. Let’s navigate this adventure with emotional maturity, being aware of our feelings and those of others.
Remember, there’s no one-size-fits-all in experiences like these; life may not always unfold as we hope, but these moments can lead to positive growth and valuable lessons rather than disappointment.
